Use this guide to prepare a conversation with our team. It provides general project prompts; the technical scope and delivery arrangement are discussed for your specific requirements.
01
Start with the outcome
Describe what you want the project to achieve. A road, drainage improvement, new building and renovation each call for different information. Explain the intended use and what matters most to you.
02
Describe the site
Give the location, access arrangements and any known constraints. Existing structures, utilities, neighbouring properties and occupied areas may affect the work. Share information you have rather than guessing at conditions.
03
Collect what already exists
Drawings, photographs, surveys, specifications and a rough list of works help establish a starting point. Label documents clearly and say whether they are current, preliminary or awaiting review. You can share supporting documents in your email or WhatsApp conversation.
04
Separate the scope from assumptions
List what you expect to be included and any items still undecided. Ask about interfaces between trades or work packages. The purpose of the first conversation is to identify the next useful step, not to pretend every detail is already settled.
05
Explain the programme
State your preferred timing, how the works will be procured and who will make decisions. Ask which additional information is required before a scope or quotation can be discussed.
