VERTULEX / PRACTICAL PROJECT GUIDE

How to make a clear materials or equipment request

Help the team understand the item, task and delivery requirement.

Use this guide to prepare a conversation with our team. It provides general project prompts; the technical scope and delivery arrangement are discussed for your specific requirements.

01

Specify the item

Use the product or equipment description and include technical specifications where available. If you are working from a specification or schedule, share it. Avoid substituting a general product name for a technical requirement.

02

State quantity and destination

Provide units, quantities and the delivery location. Explain whether the request is for one delivery or a programme of supply. Access arrangements and timing should be part of the conversation.

03

For equipment, describe the task

State the intended work, operating conditions and required duration. Explain whether you are considering purchase, hire or lease. Suitability and the precise arrangement must be discussed for the requirement.

04

Confirm the details before committing

Ask about availability, the proposed specification, delivery arrangements, hire terms and which costs are included. The website does not represent an inventory or confirm a particular item is in stock.

05

Send a useful first message

Include the item list, project location, timing and your contact details. You can attach a specification or schedule in WhatsApp or email after opening the conversation. Vertulex welcomes both individual project requests and works or supply contract enquiries.
